My father-in-law wanted to be careful to ensure personal data wouldn't be lifted from the hard disk of the old computer that he is getting rid of. I love his documentary evidence:

    I'm sure there's still some data left between the scratches but no technology in the world will be able to read it ^_^ (yet)

    Should be okay. I don't think my father-in-law was storing any launch codes on that hard drive. :)
